What areas do you deliver to?+

Aso Rock Fresh: We deliver fresh Nigerian food to any address in London. No advance order is required, but for larger orders, we recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance.

Aso Rock Frozen: We deliver frozen Nigerian meals anywhere in the UK. Place your order before 11:30 AM for next-day delivery.

How are the delivery fees calculated?+

Aso Rock Fresh (London Only): The delivery fee is based on the distance from our kitchen to your address and the total value of your order.

Aso Rock Frozen (UK-Wide): Our delivery prices are fixed regardless of your location. However, the more you order, the cheaper your delivery fee will be.

Can I track my order?+

To place an order, you will need a UK mobile phone number and a credit or debit card.

Aso Rock Fresh: Once your order leaves the kitchen, we will send you a tracking link so you can view your driver's location in real time.

Aso Rock Frozen: On the day of your delivery, you will receive a text message with an estimated delivery time.

Is there a minimum order value?+

There is no minimum order required to use our Nigerian food delivery service. However, the more you order, the cheaper the delivery fee will be.

How long will it take to get my food?+

Aso Rock Fresh: As soon as you place your order, the kitchen is notified. Depending on your order, it typically takes around 15 to 20 minutes for it to leave the kitchen. Delivery time may vary based on traffic conditions and your delivery address.

Aso Rock Frozen: If you place your order before 11:30 AM, you can receive it the next day. We offer different delivery time slots, which you can select during checkout on our website.

How do I use a voucher or promo code?+

If you have a promo or voucher code, simply add your items to the basket, enter the code in the promo code box, and click Apply to redeem it.

What do I do if something goes wrong?+

We strive to ensure that our Nigerian food delivery service runs smoothly. However, if any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve them.
