By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction+

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of AsoRockFood.com website.

2. Definitions+

"We," "us," and "our" refer to Aso Rock Restaurant. "You" and "your" refer to the customer.

3. Business Hours+

Open: 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, seven days a week.

Closed: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.

Our business operates as usual on all other days.

4. Order Processing and Delivery+

On-Demand Orders:

We strive to dispatch on-demand delivery orders within 45 minutes of receipt. However, delivery times may vary due to traffic and other factors beyond our control.

Pre-Orders:

Customers can pre-order meals. To cancel a pre-order and receive a refund, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Click and Collect:

If you fail to collect your order, no refund will be issued.

5. Payment and Pricing+

Online payment is required for all orders prior to delivery. Transactions are processed in Pound Sterling (GBP).

We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards. We reserve the right to blacklist addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and credit cards associated with fraudulent activity.

Any suspected fraud will be reported to the police.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Complaints+

On-Demand Orders:

No refunds will be issued once the order has left the store.

Pre-Orders:

Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Click and Collect:

No refunds will be issued if you fail to collect your order.

If you report a missing item, we will investigate within 24 hours and issue a refund to the original payment method, if warranted.

Please note that the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the new delivery fee.

8. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions+

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.

While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens.

9. Liability+

Aso Rock Restaurant's maximum liability for any consequential loss is limited to a £10 Aso Rock voucher.

We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.

Customers should be aware that delivery times are subject to the delivery provider's terms and conditions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Any personal data collected during the ordering process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

11. Modifications to Terms+

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
